Alcohol and Fat: Most alcoholic beverages are full of sugar and not with fat. There are some mixed drinks that do use cream and such and these will have fat. But, in general, most alcoholic calories are carbohydrates.

No : And if your doctor didn't ask you about how much you drink, or you didn't offer that you do drink, let me then be the first to tell you - no.  When someone with gastritis asks me if they can drink, i can safely assume that the gastritis is either being caused by, or contributed to, by excessive drinking.  I strongly suggest you discuss your drinking in depth with your doctor or a therapist.

NONE: Know this:all alcohol is sugar.It is a complex carbohydrate that has at least 100 calories per gram.Now that said;some beers brag that they have only "68" calories per can, and"lite" beers are often 100 calories.Give me my 1 oz of vodka over ice for more "bang for my calorie".

No alcoholic drinks: But if you must, keep the drinking to a minimum and in frequently. Also keep your uric acid under control and hydrate very well in between drinking as this will precipitate another gout attack.

Long half life: Oramorph has a long half life. Don't know your dose or why you are taking it.  If stable and feeling normal, you can have a drink without getting into trouble.  That does not mean you could drink excessively, however.

No: Allopurinol is to prevent gout.  If you consume alcohol, it can cause a gout flare.  If you don't want a gout flare, you take Allopurinol so drinking on the medication negates its beneficial affect.

Alcohol: Alcohol should not be mixed with any antibiotic therapy.

Umm...likely not.: Just in case you're in denial, 10-15 alcoholic beverages is a lot of alcohol.  A lot!  and because it probably did not happen overnight, you've likely been drinking too much for many years.  Which means that it is highly unlikely that you are, indeed, healthy.  My professional advice is to see a physician as soon as possible to get evaluated and checked out. It's the way to know for sure.Good luck.

Depends on medicine: This depends on the medication you're taking.  Please ask your own physician, who is better able to answer.  With some medications, you should not be drinking alcohol at all.
