Hard to say: There are some bony prominences on the back of skull that are normal.  If it is painful, tender, expanding, or clearly different than the other side you should probably be seen.

Unexpected: At your age, it would be very unusual to experience spontaneous changes in skull shape in absence of a pituitary or hormonal disorder.  If you are convinced this needs attention, have your doctor get some images, and go from there.

It's possible: Ay bone can technically have a spur or exostosis or prominence. If you have pain it should be checked out.

So it's best to check back with your doctor to find out what the rsults are, and what your preliminary diagnosis is, since the area that you're describing matches closely to what has been already done. You'll save time, and get better answers.

i want to ask can i had surgery to relieve a congenital bump at the top of the skull left side, and  is it possible to replace the bone with titanium ?

Time for consult: There are cranial surgeons that have experience reshaping a skull. You need to investigate a cranio-facial center in your region & check out their programs. Exams, specialized ct scans and a thorough discussions of the risks  & benefits of any procedure would be part of the process. It may or may not be what you want, but could be.

can massage really change the skull shape? a korean massage claims to make people's skulls smaller but surely pressure would thicken facial bones if anything?

Nah: Got data to support the claim? If not (as i suspect), it's hooey. Once your bones are grown, they are grown (barring issues like osteoporosis, etc.).

i noticed a lump on the back of my head. it's hard, immovable but it doesn't really hurt unless i push hard on it. i heard it may be a part of the skull (bone) but i'm not 100% sure. any help is appreciated.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, and physical examination, however, it does not appear to be a serious issue and you may wait to consult your doctor next time you see her/him. If the "lump" doubles in size, bleeds or ulcerates, see a doctor immediately.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Painful scalp!: Usually transient periostitis of the skull, most frequently seen in psoriatic arthritis patients.  Should respond to nsaids. Called painful scalp syndrome!
