No see your gynor me: It is most likely a sign of hyperprolactinemia, have u seen your gyn the last 4 yrs because if u have this should have already been worked up, if u were my pt in coral springs, fl, i would draw a prolactin level nad make sure your breasts have not been stimulated for 48 hrs before and then a breast exam and you would need breast studies and u may need an MRI of your pituitary gland to r/o tomor.

No: Labor at any gestational age is always associated with regular painful contractions, there are no breast symptoms that correlate with labor - i wouldn't worry about it, but ask your doc next time you see him/her.

Call your doctor: If you have been leaking all day, regardless of being in labor or not, you should call your doctor right away.  If the leaking is amniotic fluid and you don't deliver within 24 hours, there is an increased risk of infection of your baby.
