No see your gynor me: It is most likely a sign of hyperprolactinemia, have u seen your gyn the last 4 yrs because if u have this should have already been worked up, if u were my pt in coral springs, fl, i would draw a prolactin level nad make sure your breasts have not been stimulated for 48 hrs before and then a breast exam and you would need breast studies and u may need an MRI of your pituitary gland to r/o tomor.
