Call your doctor: Rectal incontinence should not be happening at your age unless there is another reason. Call your doctor immediately, and have it looked at, or if you're unable to do so, then you must go to the emergency room and have this explored. This will not stop by itself unless you know the cause of the situation to render it short lived.

Constipation: If you have incomplete bowel movement and have anal leakage, you are possibly having constipation.  Your bowel habits need to be addressed so that you can have complete bowel movement.  Start with high fiber diet, citrucel daily (titrate to goal of 25-30 grams per day), exercise, and adequate hydration.  If not help, add MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) 1 tablespoon/8oz of water, drink daily (can have up to 2/day).

i had hard stools problem some months back which is now ok but i now have unusual bowel movements whenever i get aroused like i have observed i get a bowel movement in few minutes if i watch porn and i don't leak urine , i want to know whats wrong?

Besides the nervous system that moves our muscles, feels, sees, and hears, there is an autonomic system controlling organ function with two branches with opposite control functions. When one is more active, it's not always specific; thus, the branch that promotes elimination is also involved in arousal and, when more active, tends to have spillover effects on related structures

Stool retention: Stool retention is a common acquired disorder of elimination.It often starts early, after a kid has a hard or painful stool &amp; tries to avoid going. Eventually the colon balloons out &amp; emptying becomes ineffective. They often lose the ability to stop leaking &amp; pass liquid stool that swirls around hard chunks. It often takes a pedi GI or developmental ped a year or more to straighten these kids out

No other disease?: Each person with constipation needs to be sure there is no other disease causing it. If constipation is just due to slow movement of the food and poop through the gut, then the things to try are vegetables, water, prune juice, prunes, fiber-with-water, polyethylene glycol, Senokot or other senna, milk of magnesia, other laxatives... A doctor can evaluate and maybe prescribe helpful medicines too.

Diet, fluid, other?: For some people normal bowel habit is not daily-how they are built, so to speak.  For many, it can be low fiber, inadequate fluids, inactivity, low oil/fat intake (lubricates bowels).
Can be med effects, low thyroid, other metabolic/hormone  issues, anatomical abnormalities of gut, gyn organs, kidney issues, depression, irritable bowel, etc..  Most serious can be cancer, esp if new

: While it is not normal, it is not a cause for concern either. You may have a few diverticula in your colon and a corn kernel could have been retained in that.

? examination: You should get an examination of your lower intestinal tract if you haven't. The sensation of having to go without having a bowel movement might mean that there is a polyp or other colon lesion and over the age of fifty it's a good idea to get a colon exam even without symptoms for general screening.
