Unlikely: This is not a common side effect of laxatives, unless your laxative also contains aspirin or an NSAID like ibuprofen.  You may  have some rectal bleeding from chronic constipation such as a hemorrhoid or an anal fissure which will show itself when you finally go to the bathroom with the laxative though.  Let your doctor know about any change in bowel habits you experience.

Relaxes muscle for ~ three months, breaking cycle of pain, spam, fissure that allows to heal while avoiding surgery. Topical nitroglycerin and calcium channel blocker (a blood pressure medicine) sometimes work as well. Botox seems to work better in my experience.

There is the cervical/vaginal irritation of the yeast infection, the irritation of the applicator on a highly vascular area (cervix) and your period may have started (? early)....this happens sometimes.
