Not sure of your ?: Here's some general info.  High WBC in urine may indicate a urinary tract infection or simply contamination from vaginal secretions. A urine culture can sort this out.  The diarrhea and cramps in lower abdomen could be unrelated to your late period. However, there is a small chance, if you had intercourse since your LMP, of an ectopic pregnancy.  If the pain is severe &amp; persistent, see a doctor!

Check pg test: Check a pg test to be sure, anytime your period is abnormal, in length, symptoms, or timing.  Repeat in a week and if negative, and you miss another period, see your doc to find out why.  Follow the instructions on the kit, and be sure it has not expired, too.  Also, infections can occur, if you are at risk of pregnancy. So get checked for those if your pg test is negative. Practice safe sex!

May be viral illness: Tummy cramps may be partly due to menstruation , but other symptoms -headache diarrhea and fever suggest more like  viral infection . Watch for 1-2 days if still having symptoms then see doctor .May take pain killer for headache and cramps .
