To vague for dx: There are far too many conditions or agents that could be linked to this set of symptoms. Rashes usually require eityher great detail in their description or a direct exam to diagnose.  You may need to see a doc if the problem doesn't self heal over a day or two.

Tinea?: Might be a fungal infection, irritation, or just a normal variation. See your doc if concerned.

It could be a boil: in the process of coming to a head. May nee to apply warm compresses to bring to a head faster to reduce the discomfort. See your doctor to manage it for you.

Hemorrhage: Black 'lumps' that 'spread' to other are areas may be submucosal hemorrhages. They may rupture and leave a bloody debris on the tongue.
You need to get a blood test asap. Time is important in determining the cause of your symptoms.

i am worried about having cold sores. - both corners of lips have white clusters - two big white bumps inside mouth - itchy rash on sides of nose/above lip. all of this happening together has me worried and i don't want to spread to boyfriend?

: Majority of the adults have been exposed to oral herpes. If your boyfriend does not immune deficiency, do not be concerned about passing it him. If he is your boyfriend in the usual meaning of the term, he has already been exposed to the virus.

i am experiencing  rash on back and buttock rash. the following also describe me: skin redness or irritation and skin rash. what could cause this? they look like big bites but they are on the top of my butt my side and right under one of my breast

Folliculitis?: A common cause of raised bumpy red irritated rash is folliculitis - may be made worse by prolonged exposure to moist clothes. You may want to see a doctor (or do a virtual consult with good pictures of the rash) to get a diagnosis for what is causing your rash.

large painful bite looking bump on side of neck, allergic reaction to bandaid covering it, now rash around neck, chest, legs, and arms. very itchy!

Allergic reaction: If you are aware you are allergic to bandaid and you have had similar reaction in the past most likely exposure to the same agent caused another reaction. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) usually helps but if severe, especially if you develop trouble breathing you should get seen asap.

Several things. . .: If you are talking about swelling under the jaw: salivary gland stone, salivary gland tumor, inflammatory lymph node, cyst, lipoma.  I am not sure what you mean by the back of the throat but possible swellings back there would include: tonsil edema, tonsil inflammation, fluid collection due to an abscess (but there should be pain) or noninflammatory causes.

i have a circular rash on my side with red surrounding it the same type of rashes are on my face and chest i also feel very weak with dry gritty eyes?

get checked.: With your description, lyme disease is a possibility (as are granuloma annulare or pityriasis rosea or a fungal infection - but none of these present with weakness.).
