Hives: These may be hives, insect bites or an allergic reaction to something that comes in contact with your legs. Hives clear in a day whereas the other two last days. Antihistamines should help in any case.

Always very tough to tell what rashes are without seeing them.  Best to make appointment with your healthcare provider.  if rash is not there at the time, take pictures of it.  Can be very helpful  With rashes, as a provider, we really need to see and many times touch/feel them to be able to help you.

See a dermatologist: How long on therapy? Probably the dose of minocycline is too high. 50 or 100mg? Probably should be once a day. Might be eczema. Probably will do better with triamcinolone cream.
