Lesion in sinus: Large mass in nasal passage may be due to a lesion in the adjacent maxillary sinus.  A lesion here sits right under the orbit and could cause eye problems.  If malignant may also have spread to cervical nodes. CAT scan of head and neck region followed by biopsy of the nasal growth can define the nature of the growth and extent of sinus involvement defining what treatment is needed.

Thyroid nodules: This is a large nodule. What is meant by "non benign"?  Has it been biopsied? Presumably this is "cold" on RAI scan and you are not hyperthyroid. There are many factors; talk to your endocrinologist. The main reasons for surgery would be 1. suspicion of cancer, 2. large nodule causing trouble swallowing/breathing. Surgery should be by an experienced thyroid surgeon (not just anyone).

Cyst: Inward growths in the skin will cause a cyst to form. They will usually slowly collect skin debris and increase in size. Definitive cure is removal. Cysts can occur in the skin anywhere on the body. Hope this helps!

Have exam: For peace of mind, have a physician examine this lump. No change after 2 months is reassuring, but it's still advisable to have it examined by a physician. At the same time an examination of the surrounding areas will be done.

No: Teen growth occurs from the long bones rather than the spine.  The growth plates in the legs close on average starting at age 15 and ending at age 20.  Unless the neck injury involves more than the bones in the neck, it should have no effect on when the other growth plates close.  (certain medications used to treat injuries, may cause premature closure, though.).
