i had laproscopic cholecystectomy on 11-9-17 i am having shortness of breath since surgery upon walking around even slowly.  is this normal?

No: Please seek urgent medical attention as the 2 potentially serious conditions that may need to be ruled out here are postoperative chest infection and pulmonary embolus (clot).  (There are other a few other  possibilities too).  Please see your doctor urgently for examination.  You may need urgent tests done such as electrocardiogram, blood tests, chest X-ray and possibly a CT scan to sort it.

Gallbladder removal: Laparoscopic cholesystectomy is the removal of the gallbladder through the laparoscopic technique.  Laparoscopy is the minimally invasive surgical technique done with scopes through tiny incisions in the abdominal wall.  The recovery time after this type of surgery is much faster than with the traditional "open" technique.

Lap is minimally: Invasive as the procedure is performed through 3-4 "ports" placed through the abdominal wall versus regular surgery.  Recovery faster after lap, but occasionally have to convert to open after the case starts due to unforseen developments.

Yes!: It is fine as long as it is not hurting you or the incision areas and not pressing on your stomach too tight, making you nauseous or affecting your breathing.

Quit now: Smoking is not good for healing.  It decreases blood flow in every blood vessel in your body, increases risk of wound infections, will have you coughing more which is not comfortable on fresh incisions.  Additionally, general anesthesia impairs your lung function for a short period of time, smoking will not help with this!  quit now, since you have already gone several days.  :).

Scar revision: You can see a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon for 'scar revision'.  After the scar is removed you must return to the doctor for cortisone shots under the new scar to prevent another keloid formation.

is scar tissue from a gallbladder removal via laparoscopy dangerous at all? should i leave it like this?

Adhesions,: This scar tissue to which you refer, called "adhesions", will always occur after surgery - part of the post-operative healing process.  At times, they can cause obstruction of the intestines which may require hospitalization or even more surgical management, but there's nothing we can do preemptively to not make that happen.  Thankfully this is not the norm.

Any GI Symptoms?: If you are also having problems eating, keeping food down, belly pain, then it may be post op issues. If none of those symptoms, then possibly Musckuloskeletal-consider u may have been on your back, sitting a bit and not being in your normal routing, which can affect your back also.

Adhesions: Post surgery scar tissue in abdomen can occur with pain and possible obstruction . I would see physician.
