Not related to surge: Your weight gain is not related to surgery.  If you really want to loose weight   you will  , first you have to be motivated and focused  for it, reduce your caloric intake  ( don't eat too  much junk food ) , count your calories  join a gym for regular progressive exercises to burn your  body fat , you will see the change.

Many possibilities: After surgery, dizziness may be related to the anesthesia, although it's unlikely the cause 7 days later. Based on the history you've included, you need to rule out bleeding and anemia, dehydration, side effect of pain medications, poor appetite after surgery, pain related. You should f/u with your surgeon and he/she can direct you for further evaluation if warranted.

If not pregnant: This could  be caused by insulin resistance/polycystic ovarian syndrome, or other issues affecting ovulation. If only happens one time, this could be just a normal variation, one time event. Your doctor is an important source of information, and further testing/treatment.

Lap surgery generally leads to faster recovery, less pain and safer outcomes when compared to open procedures.  If your given a choice of a laparoscopic procedure vs and open one its worth it to try the laparoscopic approach.  Also laparoscopic surgery can always be converted to and open surgery if needed.

Surgical scar ?'s: Surgical scars may heal differently, and more dense scar tissue may occur on one side and the instruments placed for laparoscopic surgery vary in size, with production of different size scars, with discoloration . It usually takes 6-8 months for all healing to take place in the layers beneath the surface.  See your surgeon for an exam if questions persist.

what causes abnormal heavy bleeding for 20days so far after laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis and ovarian cysts and having prostap injection?

Bleeding: If you had surgery for endometriosis, that could cause your bleeding postoperatively.  If you got   any medications to reduce future endometriosis growth, this may cause continued bleeding as well.  If you did get lupron, (leuprolide) the bleeding should diminish after 2-3 weeks and you may not have a period for 2 - 3 months. You should follow up with your doctor to discuss these symptoms.
