It will cost you mon: Anything is possible if you believe!   However, you need to check your finances  because a tubal reversal is not covered under most insurance companies.  $6000 is the lowest that I have heard.  There is a doctor in North Carolina who charges a flat rate.

Burn: Fulguration means cauterization.
It is safer to have a tubal ligation in the office.
It is done through the vagina with a local anesthetic and no incisions. Recovery is almost immediate.

Accepted Answer

Yes, if only 1 side: If the procedure is done because of infection/cancer on one side, then the other is open which can be used for harvest. If your procedure is done for purpose of birtn control (tuboligation), then you can't harvest the eggs---the gates are sealed!
tubal reversal usually cost 6-10 grands and success is not guaranteed. Consult your doc..Good luck.

Maybe , maybe not: U can do a laparoscopic sterilization by cautery or clips or other ways, either way is old fashioned, the newer safer way that I do 99.9% of all my sterilizations on my patients is in office - adiana( for about another month, until i run out of catheters) or in office essure- both are easy, my pts stay awake , takes 5 minutes, no cutting, only miss 1/2 day of work, u can read about it online.

Yes: There is no contraindication using tampons after a tubal ligation.

Tubal Test?: I believe  you are referring a test to see if your fallopian tubes are patent ( chromopertubation). If done during the laparoscopy you will be under anesthesia and you wont feel it. Obviously you will have some pain from the surgery.
Are you trying to get pregnant? Dont see the need for it unless you have problems conceiving.

Family Practice: Shoulder pain is common with gallbladder disease. Even after surgical removal of your gallbladder the pain can persists. Treat it symptomatically but call your surgeon to let him know how you are feeling.

Maybe a suture but: Belly-button (umbilical) pain may originate locally due to infection or herniation, or be "referred" from another abdominal location like the appendix. Signs/symptoms of concern include: local redness &amp;drainage, umbilical bulging that can't be reduced with gentle pressure, fever, vomiting, change in bowels, generalized abdominal tenderness (suggests peritonitis), worsening pain. Get checked pls.

does bladder fulguration hurt if done with pain med?

Accepted Answer

Probably: Bladder fulguration is done by electrocautery or laser therapy.  Either way there is going to be pain.  A saddle block may block the pain of the procedure but there will be pain afterward.  YOu will need adequate pain meds following the procedure.  You need to discuss this with the surgeon and make sure s/he is willing to manage your pain post op.
