See a Dr.: It could be a cyst for which i would recommend a removal so you don't have to cont. Squeezing it daily but by a dr. With training  on procedures in that area of the body.  A cyst is a boil with a capsule ; if the capsule doesn't get removed, it keep filling after you empty it.  In case that it's something is another reasons to have it seem by a dr.

Not herpes: Genital herpes doesn&#x27;t behave at all like this; herpes doesn&#x27;t cause &quot;hard pus filled&quot; bumps or lesions like boils. This sounds like severe recurrent folliculitis, or maybe a chronic skin condition called hidranitis suppurativa. See a dermatologist, who should be able to diagnose and treat it pretty easily. i had a huge boil on my labia majora, it burst some days ago, but it has left a huge hard lump, which isnt painful. i have been using a warm compress twice a day for four days and still no improvement...... do i need to be worried about the lump?

In 2 weeks, yes: If the "hard lump" does not resolve in 2 weeks with the warm compresses, see a GYN MD to have the area checked for an abscess which will be a pocket of infection that does not resolve and will expand. That situation could be very serious.
