: It's doubtful that you have an active yeast infection.  Normal vaginal secretions are clear &amp; odorless as opposed to the discharge caused by a yeast infection.  If you're experiencing eczema of the vulva, cortisone cream would be the treatment. If you still have concerns, consult your gynecologist.

Inflammation.: Can be infection, allergy to latex/spermicide/sperm/lubricant. Just post-vigourous sexual activity may be a simple Dx.

Vaginal discharge: There are too many possible causes of increased vaginal discharge to be very helpful about the cause. "Irritated" genitals often suggests yeast infection, but N9 can do this and usually scant discharge with yeast. If strong odor, maybe bacterial vaginosis. Infections including STDs, if at risk. Hormone imbalanc. Any new, unexplained vaginal needs professional evaluation, so get care soon.

Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor.

Needs an exam: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. Burning  could be herpes, yeast, vulvar vestibulitis, blocked glands or an allergic reaction to household products. Over the counter Prevaleaf Soothe is a great product for this. A thorough exam will be needed to determine the cause and treatment

Huge gamut of possib: A lot of different possibilities for this - ranging from irritated vulva or vulvar cellulitis (infection), trauma, musculoskeletal pain, etc. Has to be examined in person to start narrowing down that list of possible things

Stop worrying: Keep area dry and clean...have safe sex......don't probe and explore. The female penis is under the hood. Local infection can make area  tear...

hello about two days ago i started feeling an itchy that was not accompanied by pain in one side of my labia minora and after examining in a mirror i see that onside of my labia minora is swollen. i have tried cold compress but it is still swollen?

: It could be from local irritation or a  an insect bite. If the area is not red then use some OTC benadryl or cortsone cream on the area. If it does not get better in a couple of days the you will have to be seen by your MD
