Probably Normal.: Your description sounds quite normal. See your M.D. For peace of mind. If aesthetically or functionally "symptomatic", labia minora reduction surgery may be the answer.

Vulvar cancer: Accounts for about 5% of all gynecologic cancers or about 2.5 cases per 100,000. Most present with a vulvar ulcer or mass. Over 90% are squamous cell carcinoma. Probably not: It sounds like a Bartholin gland abscess which spontaneously drained, albeit may be not completely. Have a GYN MD evaluate this problem for the best advice at an appointment and examination.

Not cancer: What you described are likely to be Bartholin cysts. These are harmless, unless there is infection. It would be prudent to consult your gynecologist and consider getting these treated before infection makes it a complicated issue.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

itchy pink growth on labia majora for 10 months. seems to itch the more i sweat. gets bigger when i scratch then it goes down. is it cancer?

Not cancer. : It's probably not cancer due to your age (27), but it could be genital warts, which are caused by a virus called HPV. This virus can lead to cervical cancer. It could also be a benign growth that is getting irritated and swollen. Have it looked at so you don't have to keep worrying!

See a Gyn Onc. : Vulvar cancer needs to be treated by a gynecologic oncologist. At 74, you are in the age group at risk for vulvar cancer. So if you didn't see a gynecologic oncologist, you should. If you have, and he or she is not worried about the cyst, you can get a second opinion or wait to see if the cyst grows. Or ask for a biopsy. That's the only way to know for sure what it is.

Needs exam: Lumps, bumps, blisters, and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. You may be seeing normal anatomy such as hair follicles or a pimple. Abnormal possible causes - herpes, syphilis, genital warts, and others.
