Arginine: ....Is something your body normally makes, but you can be deficient if you don't have enough of the building blocks. Symptoms of deficiency include poor wound healing, hair loss, skin rash, constipation, and fatty liver. There is some evidence it may be useful for claudication (pain in your legs with exercise due to poor circulation). It's used for lots of other things, but without good evidence.

unlikely: Assuming that the source of the l-arginines that you are considering are reliable, then this is a basic Amino Acid which should be the same whatever the source.  There is always a risk with unregulated products like this that you are getting less than the label says, or some hopefully benign adulterant to save money for the manufacturer.

Not sure what you're using it for: It should be fine to use with anti-glaucoma drops, it would be nice to know the name of the clock: drops that you have in mind that you are worried about a drug/supplement interaction.

Erections: It is felt that l-arginine can help to enhance erections. But this has never been proven in a clinical study. But some male enhancement supplements contain it that are advertised to help improve erections.

No sensation effect : L-arginine relaxes blood vessels &amp; thus might increase blood flow to the penis &amp; thus might help with or enhance erectile function but no reason why it would "restore" penile sensitivity. Also, please note that L-arginine is frequently combined with other compounds which might be why some men report improved erections. A healthy diet &amp; exercise are best both for libido &amp; sexual performance

Yes: As long as it doesn't make you dizzy (ie. BP falling too low), you're fine to use them together.

Possibly beneficial: In some people. Arginine is converted to nitric oxide, which has a relaxing effect on blood vessels & can thus reduce blood pressure somewhat. No standardized dose has been recommended. Be advised that arginine can also trigger or worsen viral infections like herpes. Discuss this supplement with your doc before taking it.

Probably: L arginine increases nitric oxide and tribulus might increase some sex hormones in animals but nothing definite in humans. Both likely shouldn't  have An adverse effect on you if you have polycythemia though as with many neutraceuticals, there are no clear clinical trials guiding treatment. Why are you taking them?

NO : If you have acute or chronic herpes it's long been thought that l-arginine will aggravate it, but it can not make herpes grow if you don't have herpes already.
