Uncertain: Since it is one knee it could be a cartilge  problem. You will need  an evaluation by a knee specialist like a rheumatologist or orthopedic surgeon. If surgery is recommended get a 2nd opinion from a rheuamtologist.You will need imaging and maybe even an MRI

Patellofemoral pain: Pain in the front of the knee when climbing stairs, first standing, or sitting for prolonged periods is generally from problems under the knee cap.  This can be patellofemoral pain, chondromalacia patella or patellofemoral arthritis.

Rheumatologist : It is important you are evaluated for a possible inflammatory arthritis.  Knee swelling is not normal.

Knee tendinitis: Tendinitis is often caused by repetitive motion and stress on the tendon, and unfortunately your continuing to walk 2 miles daily doesn't promote healing. Have you consulted an orthopedic specialist? Have you considered taking a week to rest the knee and taking a course of anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen or naproxen? Knee pain: Many sources and your symptoms sound like cartilage damage, possible ligament damage.  Use some ice, then heat alternating, if you can afford a brace, if not try a wrap. Ibuprofen may help with pain.  Try to walk without putting weight on your bad leg, then twisting.  This will reduce pain.  If not improving, and it may not, you need to be seen by pcp or an orthopedic physician.

Well multiple jts: Are involved.  You should go see your family doctor and see what they think.  Generally when you have multiple joints aching it is not from a single injury.  One thing that can cause multiple joints to ache and muscle soreness is the flu.

i had protected sex. i got various hiv like symptoms from 1st week. i tested for hiv duo test on 31st, 41st, 51st, 60th day and all negative. all other sti negative. i still have one swollen lymph node in neck, longer uvula & knee pain. is this hiv?

Unlikely: From what you described you are unlikely to have HIV from the encounter in question. You should get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after exposure. You may have acquired other infections, herpes is not prevented by a condom. It would be prudent to see a doctor for an evaluation.
Get HPV vaccine.

Lupus?: This is extremely important; you need to see a rheumatologist or nephrologist to see if you have lupus, which and cause severe kidney damage. Lupus is treatable BUT you need to be seen urgently. Insist on getting an appointment with one of these specialists; make your PCP listen to you, or go to an urgent care and have them get you a referral.

OTCs and exercise: Tough question. The knee is complicated. You can have torn cartilage, ligament issues, arthritic changes, degenerative disease, just to mention a few problems. I would start with over-the-counter anti-inflammatories, some light range of motion and strengthening exercises. If the pain continues after that, you will have to see your doc. Physical therapy can help and x-rays/mri might be indicated.
