Different meds: Klonopin (clonazepam) is for anxiety and hydrocodone is for pain so take them as needed but be careful because both can  depress respirations

Suffering: I am very sorry you are in such distress. Hopefully you can speak to your prescribing physician soon regarding you needs. Many of the medications you describe can be helpful for some, but everyone is different and it can take time to find the correct dosage and sometimes the best combination of medications. I hope you are also working with a therapist on non pharmacologic ways to address your pain.

Can be dangerous: Both are very sedating and if taken together excessive could lead to respiratory depression and death.  Do not operate heavy machinery while take either medication.

In the future..: The physician who is prescribing these medications is best to talk to about this.   I do not like to combine opioids and benzodiazepines chronically,  even if done on a sporadic basis.    Please look into behavioral management for your anxiety and it is even possible the ups and downs of hydrocodone contributes to some of your ongoing anxiety.  I'm thankful you are asking for help-better prognosis

Not a good idea: you can discuss with your physician. the combination can cause severe hypotension , CNS and respiratory depression and vasodilation and psychomotor impairment

Ok. Not Great. : Those amounts aren't too high, especially if your body is somewhat familiar with these meds. However, they do act synergistically to slow your breathing rate which can be fatal. Use caution with these meds together as well as other meds, alcohol, or other health conditions. Also, risk of addiction may be as high as 40%. Non-pharmacological approaches to pain and panic may be preferred.

Klonipin: As long as you are fully awake you should be fine to take your klonopin (clonazepam).
