Depends,: I am assuming the person you are kissing is a marijuana smoker.A quick kiss while holding your breath should be safe. Better still, advise your partner to get treated for the marijuana abuse, then, you can do some real kissing you can both enjoy.

Not likely: Testing for marijuana use is usually a urine test, kissing someone who smoked weed would not give a positive result.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

: If you do weed the test can be positive if you kiss another weed user or not, although a non-user would not test positive just from kissing a weed user. The hair test detects drug incorporated in the hair during its growth period as derived from the blood. It doesn't   get in hair that is properly washed by being around a weed smoker.

Anything possible: We know cannabis affects conditions of the eye.  Is this a new symptom or have you had vision problems in the past?  My suggestion is that you speak to your primary care about this or to an eye specialist.

THC: from my research  - THC oil vapor cigarettes - the concentration runs from the mid 50% to as high as 63%   which is considerably higher in concentration than what you might get from smoking a joint.   THC is a fat soluble compound so if you are very lean - you will get "buzzed" faster but clear sooner    a heavier person will take longer to clear.   You will be fine - it needs to leave your system
