Change things up: First of all: communicate. Try extended forepaly without intercourse.  Aromatherpay, massage therapy, music. insense, lingerie, and ultimately new/different sexual positions. Explore adult video and adult toys. Take things slowly until you find the right combination. Give it 2-3 weeks and if not improving, speak to your GYN.

Any taller family : Kids height is usually the average hight of mom plus dad's divided by two,   but they can take after an aunt , uncle or grand parent and become taller or even shorter than their parents.  After age 16 growth will be slower  and growth plates will be closed by 18.

Lab tests: You've probably had traditional lab tests.  You might consider food sensitivity testing by great plains lab (no connection w/me).  If you are sensitive to some foods you can learn what they are avoid them.

Confusing question: Your mother has sleep difficulties. What does midnight & dreaming have to do with that? Nightmares? She also talks in her sleep? You are indirectly implying a psychologic cause to her sleep disorder, which in fact is quite common. She should confer with a doctor, psychologist, or other counselor about possible stressors. If none are identified, the next step for serious sleep issue is a sleep test.

Hair loss: There are many reasons for hair loss but time of year is not one of them. Stress, both physical &amp; emotional, can cause hair loss. But so can thyroid disease, malnutrition &amp; infections, not to mention your body fighting itself (autoimmune disease). Best to go see your family doc who can start your evaluation &amp; refer to dermatologist if necessary.

Foot pain: There can be many different reasons for foot pain. From arthritis, plantar fasciitis, stress fractures, general foot fatigue, stepping on an object, calluses and countless more. Even the time of day the pain comes can help determine why you are having pain. You can ask your pcp for a podiatry referral if the pain continues to worsen.

If she is angry: When she tries to sleep then it will keep her brain stimulated.  One needs to slow down the brain to fall asleep. It would be a good idea for your mother to have this medically evaluated.

Very: Common when startled out of sleep to fell. " weird".  The body is trying to adjust to the situation.  No harm being done. And nothing to worry about

Neuropathy: Some chemo agents can cause a peripheral neuropathy. Ash her doctor. A hand surgeon can be useful to consult.
