Should pass: Unusual for 3mm stone not to pass. Interesting you know diameter of stone without seeing a urologist; must have had a ct scan. Hope you are straining your urine. See urologist if you are in pain from stone or obstruction. Can safely wait 2 - 4 weeksif you are neither in pain nor have urinary obstruction.Recurrent kidney stones could be metabolic.Have u had 24 hr urine tested for calcium excretion?

If you can: If the stone is in the urethra the ejaculate might help lubricate things and get the stone to move. I assume that there is not complete obstruction? If there were i'm sure you wouldn't be thinking about having sex!

Cystoscopy. : If a stone was broken up, you may be passing some fragments of the stone, and as such you may feel some symptoms. But if this occurs for more than 2-3 days after the cystoscopy, or if your pain is worsening, or if you’re having fevers, you should see the Urologist.

Ureter: More than likely the worse pain is when the stone is passing down the ureter and into bladder.   You may get some pain or discomfort urinating the stone out.

Yep!: Happens frequently. You may even feel it. Check with your urologist if you can’t void.  I have had to cystoscope patients and remove the stone or fragment

See a urologist: You need to be evaluated.  If you can not pass it, it can lead to not passing urine, which can lead to hydronephrosis.   Not to mention pain and infection.  In the mean time, drink plenty of water and if you aren't able to urinate at all, or pain is too severe, go to ER.

Ureteric stone: Small renal stone may or may not be felt passing through female urethra since it is short and straight. Also depends on orientation and shape of stone. Best way to catch stone is to strain urine.

: It is better to see your urologist, especially you have symptom of bladder distention. If you do not have any problem with voiding, you can try to flush it out with vigorous hydration for 24 hours then see the urologist if stone is still stuck. I doubt the stone can manually retracted.

May be.: Have a urine analysis . Have a pelvic exam. Kidney stone is a possibility , but it should bother you all day not only at night. A proper medical evaluation will give you an answer.

No.: You saw the macroscopic stones. The microscopic ones ............Which you dont see in naked eye continues to give symptoms. Stone analysis will lead to treatment which will stop the process of stone formation, releif. Worth trying.
