See MD: Appears that you may have infection spreading into your kidneys and you need to seen now to be treated. Once the infection is treated you may need addition testing to determine why you get frequent infections. You may need to be refereed to to a Urologist for evaluation  in obvious cause found

Kidney trauma or rupure. Hemorrage into malignant or benign kidney tumor. Large kidney cyst. Occasionally glomerulonephritis, an autoimmune inflammatory condition of kidney.

Drink more water: I assume that you already have consulted a physician who diagnosed you with the kidney problem. Having my background in india i'm aware of the prevalence of kidney stones in the country  due to their dry and hot weather. Make sure you stay adequately hydrated. You can take tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain and consult your physician for further management.
