most of these may be incidental and may not be interactions.

Excellent anesthetic: Ketamine is a special type of anesthetic called dissociative. When administered you remain " awake" but have remarkable analgesia. It is good in special situations where general may be to dangerous like a leg trauma with blood loss, severe as, often seen in battle field since the analgesia is so great. It is possible to od and causes nightmares so recovery should be done in a quite calm area.

Not good!: Ketamine is a very potent analgesic/anesthetic agent.  Intranasal use is not recommended.  In low doses, ketamine causes sedation, decreased sensation to pain and increased salivation.  In higher doses, it can cause hallucinations and increased blood pressure and heart rate.  Ketamine is NOT used outside of a medical setting...Do NOT use at home!

No: Acepromazine and ketamine can both be used as animal anesthetics, but they are not the same drug.  Ketamine is a nonbarbiturate anesthetic, and acepromazine is a phenothiazine related to thorazine (chlorpromazine) ( the first human antipsychotic agent discovered).  Sometimes veterinarians may use the 2 of these drugs together.

Unconsciousness and: death, as worse case scenario - as with any drugs designed to induce general anesthesia state, if attempted as recreational drug or administered by people not qualified to use it. One of the mechanisms - spasm of vocal cords (laryngospasm) that leads to lack of oxygen. It can raise the intracranial pressure, cause hallucinations. It is a safe drug though when used by experts for the right reasons

No obvious reason: Blood in your semen needs to be evaluated. I cannot think of any association between ketamine administration and blood in semen (short of having received it related to a procedure on your genitourinary tract).

Good Chance: Ketamine is currently being studied in clinical trials, and there have been some promising results. The clinical approval process takes quite a bit of time, and ketamine will be looked closely to try to be as clear as possible regarding possible risks.
