Is ok so far: This is high normal , meaning  it should not go higher. When it reaches 126, it is in diabetic range. Educate yourself about healthy diet , and exercise, to decrease your risk of developing overt diabetes. It should be ok.

Doctors time off.: Not really an urban legend.  Weekend is the worst proven times to be ill, because hospitals and clinics are at half staff.  In july, many doctors take family breaks, and there may be fewer to take care of you.

Actually some very: Smart folks smoke mj, but they act very dumb while under the influence. They think they are profound and brilliant, but they really are just stoned. Many not so smart people smoke, and they do not get any brighter afterward. It can be psychoaddictive and can tempt you to smoke and do nothing else. That is indeed not productive, if not dumb.

Lose weight: Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber.  Avoid refined sugar &amp; junk carbohydrates.  Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda &amp; caffeinated beverages.  Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must &gt; calories consumed.  Be physically active with both cardio &amp; weight training.

Self-isolate: If infected with Covid-19, symptoms can begin anywhere from day 3 to day 8. Look for fever/chills, dry cough, fatigue, muscle/body aches, headache, sore throat, nausea. Self isolate for 14 days to prevent spreading the disease. see a Dr for worsening difficulty breathing, persisitent chest pain, confusion and blue lips/nails. Testing may be necessary to return to work. Talk to Dr for referral.

A couple of ways.: Groups such as OEA as one example are a wonderful source of support (and ideas) for many types of behaviors such as impulsive or emotional types of eating. 

Additionally, cognitive behavioral therapy has been shown promising for such endeavors as well; however, weight loss medications have been shown to  be ineffective in the long run.
