Pain should go: With time, pain meds, and physical therapy the pain will go away eventually and at one point you will stop your pain medications too.

Stay out of sun: Depending on the dosage form you have, tablet or capsule, don't take it close to going to bed, to avoid it dissolving in your throat (esophagus, causing pain). Tablets are better, but more expensive.Also, stay out of the sun, as you can sunburn easier. Possible to have vaginitis from it (small percentage of women).So take your probiotics/fermented vegetables to avoid this from happening. Ask rxist.

i eat a mostly clean diet, no gluten, sugar, dairy, or processed foods. i also make green juice daily. is it normal to have 4-5 bowel movements a day?

Sugar high: The green juice must contain lots of   sugar which can be responsible for your frequent stools.

By 4 month?: Baby formula is essentially made from milk-protein and so it is dairy, just well-processed. By 4 months, baby can have cereal, stage1 baby-food etc..A bit of tasty ice cream to try is not a bad thing either. The reason  regular milk is not used because it does not have a good balance of  important substances such as faffy acid and certain vitamins etc compare to formula..

I love dairy: Dairy products are not good for those who have sensitivity to it, during the time that our pastures have infections or having spoiled products that can transmit diseases and infections. Otherwise there is no indication that dairy is not good for everyone.

how do i know i'm allergic to dairy?

Accepted Answer

Sx : Allergic reactions usually occur from minutes to 2 hours after ingestion of dairy. The symptoms may be flushing, itching, hives, nasal congestion, abdominal upset or even asthma. In severe cases, death may result.
This must be distinguished from the gastrointestinal symptoms when one is lactose intolerant .  Positive skin test or blood test is helpful,but oral challenge is the gold standard.
