: There would be some skin tightening in time however if there is significant redundant skin you may need more than time for expected result. They have gadgets and surgical interventions also that could enhance skin tightening.

Sinus infection: It may be an infection or perhaps an allergic situation.  It is not advisable to self medicate with antibiotics.  Try nasal spray, decongestants e.g. Sudafed, lots of fluid, chicken soup and vitamin c.  If you do not get better call your doctor for advice.

: Jowls are not caused by running. They are caused by a combination of ageing and sagging skin with fat as well. So, keep up the running, it is good for you. Treatment of jowls is by dermal filler injections as well as treatment to promote new collagen in the skin.

i recently gained and lost about 10lbs.  i'm 44 and noticed that this time the skin around my neck and jowls is slightly loose.  at my age is it still possible for my skin to bounce back?

"loose jowl skin": The weight gain at 44 can stretch skin, and losing weight after a gain may leave the skin in the stretched state. It is a normal phenomenon in mid-forties. Unfortunately, without surgery there is no real way to recreate skin tightness in the areas you described.  Certain cosmetic procedures are effective, however.

i had a total face laser lift 12 years ago. face is saging at jowls and face in general. will i be canidate for the ulthera?

Ultherapy and Laser : Yes. Ultherapy can follow  carbon dioxide laser, as soon as six months or more after co2 laser before ultherapy. Of course, co2 can be done soon after ultherapy, possibly even the same day, especially if it is fractional co2, but this doesn't apply to you.  However, as ultheapy has developed a more superficial transducer, this will treat the same plane of dermis as the co2 laser.

PEEP?: Depending how you mean it, if friend has any respiratory disorder, lip-pursing can increase end-expiratory pressure (the -eep of peep), which helps keep alveoli open and improve gas exchange in the lungs. Or, might just feel subconsciously comforting to him/her? Doesn't sound.

Drug side effects: Certain drugs e.g. Reglan (metoclopramide) and anti psychotic drugs can produce tardive dyskinesia as a side effect. One of the features of tardive dyskinesia is repetitive abnormal motions with the lips and mouth.
