To some extent: Ligamentous laxity can involve various joints including the joints of the fingers.  It is fairly uncommon for this to cause problems with the gingers themselves.  If any concern in your part, don't hesitate to see a specialist.

Double jointed : Being double jointed usually means that you have extra flexibility in your joints.  It is not a bad thing.

Many reasons: Hypermobility generally results from one or more of the following:misaligned joints, abnormally shaped ends of one or more bones at a joint , type 1 collagen or other connective tissue defect (found in ehlers-danlos syndrome, abnormal joint proprioception (an impaired ability to determine where in space parts of the body are, and how stretched a joint.

Arthritis: Arthritic issues are likely in the hands. I am not sure what you mean by pelvic pain. See a doctor and have the problem evaluated.

Not rare at all: Flexibility of the joints, both large and small, is common. Many normal folks have this, and so do folks with certain genetic conditions, like eds and Marfan syndrome,  two of hundreds of genetic conditions that feature joint hyperextensibility. Are you worried about these conditions? Bring your concerns up with your regular doctor at your next check up.

Joint stiffness : Stiffness is different than hyper laxity .  The hand stiffness may be do to joint or tendon problems- this should be evaluated.  The hyper laxity or double jointed should  also be evaluated - there are medical conditions that could cause this.

i've had a swollen joint finger for about 6 months now, i've tried cold, voltaren and even diclofenac. xrays shown nothing damaged?

A good doctor should: In his mind have a differential diagnosis of what could be wrong based on a good history and clinical exam. Sometimes, further diagnostic or blood testing needs to be done. Make sure you see a hand surgeon, in the case you are seeing an internist and he is not ale to help you.

Nutrition, gut issue: Nutrition, and gut status needs to be investigated and evaluated. Chronic inflammation could be at the root of joint pain.  See PCP, or consult with a Health Tap physician.

Most commonly PsA!: Psoriatic arthritis would be most likely! but with so many., it is likely inflammatory. See a rheumatologist!
