Candida: Candida or yeast can certainly create these symptoms and presentation.  You can get a prescription from your doctor. In the meantime, cut out all sugar and yeast from your diet, keep the area clean and dry and you will start to feel better.

i have a dark skin place between my legs, in both legs, near my pub area and it itches a lot,  there are some acne around it, i don't know what it is?

Fungal infection: You may be describing a fungal infection. Inflammation in the skin can cause pigmentation to accumulate. Bacterial infections can do the same thing but either way you should go see a doctor. Keep the area dry in the meantime.

Tinea cruris: The discoloration is due to a fungal infection. A prescription for and topical antifungal medication from your primary care doctor should clear it up.

how do i know when jock itch is gone completely? currently treating one thats been stubborn with lotrimin powder after multiple treatments. itching is gone, but skin color is a weird faded pinkish color?

: If it’s not scaly or itchy anymore and the area is not growing,your tinea Cruris(jock itch) is gone.It may come back in the future.Use Terbinafine or Clotrimazole,etc. Treat your feet if also scaly or itchy.I think that one or more of the products you applied before, might have had a strong steroid and, the pinkish hue is skin atrophy.Most cases go back to normal in around a year.

Jock itch: Jock itch is a groin eruption usually caused by the combination of recurrent friction and a yeast infection. It is characterized by large region or red rash which may get worse if simple cortisone cream or ointment is applied. Treatment consists of avoidance of tight underwear and application of an antiyeast ointment. This can be combined with cortisone such as in mycolog to curtail itching.

A couple of ideas: The lower legs, around the ankle, are susceptible to skin problems because the skin is so thin and has a less than optimal blood supply. It gets drier and more easily irritated, and the veins may leak fluid and blood cells, causing a darker color--stasis dermatitis. But this would be uncommon at age 23. First you need to moisturize generously and then see a Dermatologist for a precise diagnosis.

Any inflammation...: ...Of teh skin (and this is common in skin folds) can cause hyperpigmentation as a consequence.

Fungal infection?: May be from a fungal infection especially if you sweat a lot and are overweight.  Try some talcum powder on a regular basis on the area and/or antifungal cream.   If not helpful,  see your doctor.
