hi there. is vinyasa yoga more appropriate before after an intense cardio workout? (wrestling, mauy thai, jui jitsu)

Warm up vs cool down: Active warm up is ideal prior to intense workouts. Depending upon how aggressive your yoga routine is, it might serve as warm up. With that said, cooling down is also a good idea after intense exercise too. Bottom line, there's no proof that any specific exercise routine is better than another for warm up or cool down, aside from general statements.

i practice brazilian jiu jitsu and over the last couple of weeks when someone applies there weight the right side of my chest i get a intense pain?

Common injury!: Always glad to help a fellow BJJ practitioner! This is a common injury in BJJ.  Sometimes in the heat of the moment you don&#x27;t remember HOW you injured it, only that it hurts the next day! X-ray can rule out a fracture, but usually the only treatment is rest, ice 20 min as needed for the first few days, and taking a break from training till you can at least do a forward roll without pain!

i just realized the bottom of the bread i jate was all moldy. i couldn't taste it because i put peanut butter on it. could this make me sick?

Usually not: Although it is not a good idea to eat anything moldy (except perhaps cheese), it is unlikely that you will get sick from eating a slice of moldy bread. Although many molds may produce a mycotoxin, they are not always harmful to people and the amount is usually too low to cause toxic side effects.

Nosebleed: The vast majority of nosebleeds are not serious at all. If brought on after being struck in the nose, i would expect it to stop on its own.  If it just started with exertion, it may need to be cauterized, a simple procedure done by an ENT in the office.

at jiu jitsu i think i felt my shoulder slip out of place and pop back in but no severe pain, did i dislocate it or sprain it?

Subluxation: Catherine, it sounds like you're describing shoulder subluxation, which means the ball at the top of the humerus slips out of the shoulder socket and back into place. If this continues to happen or if you're having any pain, weakness or other symptoms, you should have it checked out. Often, some exercises to strengthen the muscles that hold the humerus in place may help.

Possible: Unprotected sex, even seconds long, can be enough to spawn pregnancy. Consider checking a home pregnancy test.

Dust: Most likely it was the dust that was trapped in the rugs.It is easier to keep a wood floor clean and dust free than a rug.

Yes: The active ingrediant in pro-air is albuterol. There are multiple side effects associated with this drug including jitteriness and fast heart rates. Discuss with your doctor about adjusting the dosage or another changing medications if side effects are bothersome.

Yes: If that is your wish, consult a plastic surgeon.  I don't know you will  look like 'jen a'  but resurfacing will alter your appearance, usually these reconstructive procedures are done for severely deformed faces not  to look like some one else.
