That's over doing it: you may loose weight but it's not a healthy way. It also depends on how intense your workout is. With a proper workout, with good intensity you only needs about 60-90 mins. You need a day of rest, proper nutrition,adequate protein intake. Muscles need a rest day to recover from a hard workout. Also using weight lifting you gain muscle mass which is heavier than fat so your loss will not be fast.

If the ultrasound due date was performed in the first trimester and the difference is more than 5days from lmp based due date, the most accurate should be due date based on ultrasound.  in your case, it is 11days and therefore should use ultrasound due date if done in first trimester. Spotting is normal: Some amount of spotting is very common when women take oral contraceptive pills continuously. There can be breakthrough bleeding at any time, and the brown spotting is just from a bit of menstrual flow that comes out so slowly it turns brown.

HIV seroconversion: The majority of people seroconvert by 3 months post-exposure.  That said, there are always the occasional outliers.  Therefore, testing until 6 months out is usually advised.

If there was: A documented deficiency, i would like to see the level definitely above 400.  The higher dose is probably better for now.
