If no medical cause is found, then one can add weight by eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing weight-training to increase muscle. Proteins: egg white, chicken breast, salmon, ...  Better fats: olive oil, peanuts, almonds, tofu, ....

Nothing drastic: If you've been losing weight for unclear reasons, you should be evaluated for that. But if this is your normal, there's not likely to be anything wrong. Your body mass index is within the normal range. 

If you're not in the best physical shape, you could start doing some resistance training to build muscle mass. No need to get carried away.

Likely not : It is unlikely that you would get any allergic reactions when you kiss your son unless he still has the medication you are allergic to inside his mouth. Also when you let him eat off you, you won't transfer your medication allergies to him.
