Recommend treatment with an over the counter antifungal, like Gold Bonds medicated foot powder/spray,  or Tinactin (tolnaftate) powder/spray/cream. This will clear up your problem in 10-14 days if used as directed on the label.

Dermatologist: This may be a form of eczema called dyshydrosis especially if there is a bubbly appearance of the eruption and itching. A dermatologist is best to evaluate, diagnose and treat this disorder.

See your doctor: Fever, rash (typically sandpaper like),  headache, vomiting and sore throat may be an indication that your daughter has strep throat.  It's caused by group a strep.  Sometimes people miss the sore throat and maybe even the fever.  After the rash you may get peeling of the hands and feet.  If you think you might have scarlet fever, see your doctor soon for a strep test and evaluation.

Rashes: Rashes are tough...Hard to tell w/o seeing it and a good history and physical....See your primary care  physician...Possible referral for dermatology or podiatry.
