See below: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

i used a deodorant 2 days ago that i've used 4 a month, after a few hours my armpits were itchy. now one of armpit has a bump,the muscle near it hurts?

Itchy armpits: Please see doctor to check bump under arm.  You may be having a reaction to your deodorant.   Is it actually an antiperspirant?  You may be ok w/deodorant but not antiperspirant.  We can be ok for a while w/an offending product but can eventually have a reaction.  Your doc will help.  Peace and good health.

There are few rashes: ...that are truly painful.  One of them is Herpes Zoster (shingles).   They tend to form linear clusters like you described,  Because treatment is available that may hasten the recovery from shingles and prevent lingering pain, I advise you to see a doctor. Insect bite reaction: Fire ants and other insects may result in an insect bite reaction. Take an antihistamine and please see your physician or urgent care right away. Apply calamine lotion and ice areas that are swollen for ten minutes.

Lump on neck: The lump on your neck can be a number of things but could be a swollen lymph node.  Did you have any viral illnesses recently or come in contact with a cat that might have scratched you?  Itchy eyes are usually a sigh of allergies. If the lump does not go away it needs to be checked by your doctor.

Moisturizer: Try using an unscented cream moisturizer after showering and at nighttime. Also showering with a moisturizing,  fragrance free body wash or soap should help with the dryness. If you shave your legs, it's also important to mosturize throughly after you're done.

i have a super itchy dark bump, that appeared on the back of my left shoulder. its not painful or bothering me but im just worried as its not going away?

How long present?  : A dark bump that is present for more than a week or so, especially in a sun-exposed area like the shoulder, should probably be examined by a Dr for possible malignancy (though most are probably not malignant) 
  If it has only been present a few days you could give it time &amp; apply hydrocortisone cream 2x/day for a week or so to see if anything changes, but get checked if no better- may need biopsy

MRSA: It's true that you need to culture an invasive MRSA infection by swabbing the pus,but MRSA can be found on the nose or on the skin in carriers who have no symptoms and require no treatment. However if you've been closely associated with those family members who died from MRSA infections, you might want to know if you're a carrier and, if so, get advice from an infectious disease specialist.

Itchy rashes...: do have a large differential diagnoses in Pediatrics...from insect bites to infectious...like scabies.Only through a physical and history examination the diagnosis can be established.

Several causes: Little itchy bumps on the nape, several forms of dermatitis (skin inflammation), folliculitis (inflammation ofthe  hair follicles) , ? Psoriasis ( a scaly skin condition), or seborrhea (part of it is dandruff) u may want 2 c ur 1ry md or a referral to a dermatologist 2 sort it out.
