i have anal discharge, non smelling white vaginal discharge, itchy vagina, boils on my thighs and anus. last test said e.coli. cipro, klovinal, dazel kit has been taken, last year, no change. possible cause? pelvic scan shows no abnormalities.

Proctitis? Yeast?: Yeast infection is possible, can be worsened by antibiotics like ciprofloxacin. Klovinal and Dalzel Kit are anti-yeast, but some yeasts may be resitant. Positive test for E. coli means nothing, normally present in everybody's intestines and anal area. Staph infection? STD testing done? Checked for ulcerative proctitiis and Crohn's dis? See infectious disease specialist or maybe proctologist.

Yeast infection?: You may have a yeast infection. Yeast likes moist dark places and and frequently affects the vagina.  You can get medicine for this without a prescription.  If the itching persists after you treat for yeast, you should see your Gyn and have an exam as there are some other things that might cause these symptoms.  Best wishes!

what can i do about vaginal itching? i had sex 3 days ago. we used a condom but i was a little dry. now my vulva, vagina and anus are itchy and sore he put his finger in my anus then my vagina. i don't know if it's from that or being a little dry

Vaginal : Vaginal iching and dryness could be from irritation secondary to a yeast infection, condom use, and/or lubricant. If you have thick white discharge in addition to the itching then an over the counter anti-fungal cream can be tried. If you merely have itching, consider a trial of vagisil, also over the counter.
If these treatment do not work, meaning your symptoms persist, you should have a medical evaluation.

Yeast infection?: The most common cause of such symptoms is candidiasis (yeast infection, thrush). If so, it seems more severe than average. Herpes might be possible if you are sexually active. Scabies rarely occurs in these locations, but might be possible if you have typical scabies elsewhere (hands, elbows, waist, etc). Depends: When you are saying swab, that doesn't exactly tell me what tests were done. Sometimes a swab means wet mount, a test that doctors do in there office, but that ma not be as accurate as other tests such as affirm (vaginal pathogen test). Also, a swab can be pap smear that doesn't detect sexually transmitted disease other than hpv, so i need to know what has been done to guide you further.

Microorganisms: Please see your primary doctor; next , do pap smear to rule out any fungal ( candida species) or bacterial ( gardnerella vaginalis) origin of itchy vagina and grey discharge. Discharge could be seen in case of  involvement of ovaries, uterus and fallopian tubes. And your doctor's evaluation is very important.

It depends: Probably the most common cause is a yeast (or candida) infection, particularly if a woman has taken antibiotics or birth control pills. An allergy or other reaction to soaps, spermicides, scented pads, or lubricants is also possible.  Occasionally, a herpes infection can cause intense itching and burning.  In older women,  low estrogen or irritation from urine leakage are possible.  See your gyn!
