Possible: There are a number possibilities:a bite, a sting, an injuty from stepping on something among other possibilities.  Don't hesitate to be seen if it gets worse or doesn't improve for an exam and an accurate diagnosis.

To remove all doubt consult with a specialist for a diagnosis and treatment plan. There are many OTC ways to treat your problem, but, the diagnosis has to be confirmed.

i have ezcema on soles of feet can ezema cause asthma flare ups? plus i tryed everything for ezcema on my sole of foot and still itchy? i tryed cortizone 10 , clotrimazole,dlifcan ,eurcein ezema flare up cream and my foot still itchy? what will work?

Possibly: Eczema and allergies/asthma are often tied together with regards to the immune system. I wouldn’t say the eczema directly caused the asthma though. For the feet, it can often be a combination of eczema (dry skin) or fungal skin infection. The topical medications you tried are often not strong evough. Prescription strength medications may be needed.

Fleas & mosquitos: Both can bite your feet.  Although mosquitos usually attack the upper body, some mosquitos do prefer to bite at the ankles and feet.  Use deet (40% or higher) and avoid wearing open-toe shoes when outdoors.

Could be a number : Of reasons.....I'd suggest you see a doc for an in person exam. Does the skin look normal? Is there redness? Peeling? Any sign of of skin disturbance or swelling? Are you taking any medications? Or have any medical problems? Ae your shoes new?

Athletes foot: Several different fungus types can cause athletes foot (Tinea Pedis).  Its spread quite easily..especially off public shower...from the floors if you do not use flip flops).  Topical creams work well.  In more severe cases it can require oral treatment with one of several antifungals.
