Get tested: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. My first concern is to rule out herpes but there are many other things that can cause these symptoms

Vaginal symptoms: Best to go have this checked out. May be a simple yeast infection (usually itchy), but the aching and fatigue are unusual for yeast, and raise a concern for other infections, especially if you are sexually active.

Blood flow: When you say recently, I am assuming really recently.  This might just be related to blood flow to the vaginal area.  If you develop any additional symptoms, then consider that it might be a sign of an infection such as yeast or bv.

: If you don't have associated vaginal redness or discharge you could apply a cortisone type cream into the vagina to relieve itching. Avoid tight fitting jeans and wear white cotton panties until itching resolves.

Vaginitis: Vaginitis is an infection of the vagina.  Most commonly caused by yeast infection, but othe causes include trichomoniasis, and bacterial vaginosis.  Sexually transmitted diseases like GC and chlamydia possible.  Even a foreign body like a retained tampon possible.

One possibility.: A clumpy (cottage cheese- like), white, non- odorous discharge associated w/ itching, burning, swelling or redness can be due to yeast infections. Sometimes no discharge is noted.
