i have itchy skin all over. no sign of rash, but my mom has ringworm. could my itchy skin be due to that or another issue? never had this issue before

Itching: This could be due to allergy. have you changed anything in your daily routine? Like your soap, shampoo,  laundry  detergent &amp; so on?  Or have you eaten something  new? Try to reduce salt in your diet, you may try benadryl (diphenhydramine)  or zyrtic. Also dry skin can be itchy, use moisturizing  soap like dove . If no improvement  .see your doctor .good luck. Ring worm   should not cause  generalized  itching.

Pruritis:  You would likely need to be evaluated to assess this properly. In the meantime, warm to room temp bath with colloidal oatmeal may help to sooth your skin.

Possibly : If the bodily reaction is occurring consistently with only certain foods.  The saturation and the blood pressure readings you have are normal.  If it is happening with any eating or swallowing then need to think about some sort of gastrointestinal disorder.  Further consultation with your GP may help here

i have been having extremely itchy skin. starts on hands and feet. sometimes on the rest of my body.  there are no marks to show any signs of rash.  that is until i claw myself to death. wondered if it may be a sign of diabetes. never had this before. lotion does not help. i have not changed any kind of soap or shampoo or detergent. i can take a benadryl and it will stop.

Scabies perhaps?: Extreme itching MAYBE DUE to a mite which causes Scabies. It is not due to diabetes.
You have to use a topical ointment from the pharmacy to stop it.
You can ask your pharmacist for available meds. Or call a doctor and
get a prescription medication once and done head to toe topical to stop the itching. 
It is common and easily treated once you have the correct diagnosis.

Multiple Causes: There are many reasons for kids to get itchy skin.  Most common is simply dry skin which can be worsened by cold weather and dehydration.  Another cause is contact dermatitis, an allergy to things like poison ivy. If there is a rash and nasal congestion whole body allergies might be suspected.  This could be from a reaction to foods and molds.Begin by using a moisturizer regularly.  Can help a lot.

Mild soaps/moisturiz: I'd recommend a mild soap like Dove Sensitive Skin or Cetaphil. A daily moisturizer that is scent free ( like Cetaphil or Vanicream ). Use dye-free &amp; color-free laundry detergents on your clothes and bedding.
