Breast rash: Breast rashes need to be examined by a physician.  Is it over the breast itself?  Over the nipple aerolar area? They can be from a typical dermatitis (irritation or rash) a infection (abscess) or a disease called paget's.  Paget's disease can be cancerous.  Please let your physician examine it.

i have an itchy rash on my chest, it keeps spreading to shoulders and breast. i usually use fluticasone propionate 0.005% ointment for rashes but it doesn't help in this case. also, i moved from eu to the us a year ago. please help.

Need to be seen: start with your doctor, who may refer you to a dermatologist, it could very well be a fungal infection. Kindly don't use a strong steroid, prescription strength, medication as fluticasone  ointment  without doctor's supervision, best wishes

Intertrigo: Skin can develop a rash when 2 skin surfaces touch and sweat builds up allowing growth of yeast or bacteria. Treat by keeping area clean and most of all dry. Change sports bra immediately after exercise and shower. Wear good support bra during day and possibly at night. Apply baby powder to area to keep dry. Topical antifungal cream may help, too. See a better DR: Amoxicillin is not a treatment for any itchy rash. Stop. See a dermatologist if you can. Meanwhile try OTC hydrocortisone cream.

Antifungal cream: It is common for women to get a yeast infection under their breasts especially in the warm weather. The best treatment is to use an over the counter yeast cream like lamisil (terbinafine) twice a day unitl it is resolved. After it has resolved start the treatment again at the first sign of new infection. When applying the cream use a thin layer only.

Rash under breasts: Skin fold areas, where skin is pressed against skin, is prone to heat and sweat rashes. These areas include the upper inner thighs, under arms, and  skin under the breasts, especially women with large breasts,  you should dry the skin there by using witch hazel, several times a day, and allow the area to dry by fanning. Get Hydrocortisone cream 1% and rub a tiny bit once or twice a day.
