Groin rash: It could be related to a fungal infection from sweating, has nothing to do with allergies, you should have someone look at it to treat it properly.

Hives: These itchy bumps may be hives due to allergy to agents taken internally(foods, medications, etc) or by exposure to external things(cold, exercise, etc) insect bites may also be a cause. Keep a diary of what you ate or what you were doing when the itchy bumps appeared. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) may offer relief but can cause drowsiness. Claritin is less effective but does not cause drowsiness.

Everytime?: Some people develop hives after a hot shower and sometimes it can happen after swimming too, called cholinergic urticaria. Another hematological disease called polycythemia vera can also cause it. Take a picture of the rash and show it to your doctor. Try taking taking an oral antihistamine 30 minutes before showering and see if it helps.You could also be reacting to the soap if it is new.

Bedding?: I would suggest that you examine the mattress for any bed bugs . Not being insulting, we shed skin all the time and spend 8 hours a day in bed this shed skin is a cause for bed mites etc. You can wrap the mattress in a bag that prevents this, pillows as well
I think the bed is the culprit because you don't complain of this during the day

Inflammed papillae: Most likely taste bud or papillae on your tounge have bcome inflammed due to a prior burn, cut, viral infection, or bacterial infection.   Inflamed  papillae are very common symptom and not one that should cause overwhelming concern. If you have a high fever and other symptoms of infection then you should contact your doctor.  Cold viruses, flu viruses, hpv , herpes viruses can cause this symptom.
