Depends...: ...On what is causing it. If it's a yeast infection, your doctor will prescribe an antifungal cream or gel. If it's an allergic or irritant reaction to perfume or something else that was applied to the skin, you'll need a corticosteroid cream. It all depends on the diagnosis.

i have an itchy rash on my chest, it keeps spreading to shoulders and breast. i usually use fluticasone propionate 0.005% ointment for rashes but it doesn't help in this case. also, i moved from eu to the us a year ago. please help.

Need to be seen: start with your doctor, who may refer you to a dermatologist, it could very well be a fungal infection. Kindly don't use a strong steroid, prescription strength, medication as fluticasone  ointment  without doctor's supervision, best wishes

Rash under breasts: Skin fold areas, where skin is pressed against skin, is prone to heat and sweat rashes. These areas include the upper inner thighs, under arms, and  skin under the breasts, especially women with large breasts,  you should dry the skin there by using witch hazel, several times a day, and allow the area to dry by fanning. Get Hydrocortisone cream 1% and rub a tiny bit once or twice a day.
