Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Rash: Couple things come to mind based on location: warm, dark, moist area is perfect spot for fungus to take up residence. Other possibility is shingles (reactivation of the chickenpox virus). See your fp to examine rash to determine what it is & to provide appropriate treatment.

Possible mastitis: Any time you get chills and fever while breast-feeding, your gynecologist will want to know about it. It's quite common for a nursing mom to develop an infection in her breast, called mastitis. Chills and fever could be an early sign of this, but you will probably get local soreness and redness of one breast and body aches too, if that is what you have. If not very sick, probably a routine virus.

Reaction to sulfites: Is possible.  Sometimes, more expensive red wines can contain sulfites.  I don't know why your left calf will be spared though.  Stick with cheap white wine.

See doctor: Anytime one has problem using one's arm without any history of injury of trauma, it should be examined by a doctor  With the stiff neck, I am also concerned about meningitis. See your doctor ASAP.
