hello. my boyfriend gets itchy red patches all over his body after he takes a shower. sometimes he scratches so much he gets little scabs. is there something wrong with him?

You may have: ringworm,which is a fungus.Ringworm lesions are round,flakey(dry),that enlarge over time,spread,and can itch.The edges can be red and bumpy but the middle of the lesions look more normal( we call this "central clearing").Best to have your doc take a look.

Itchy bumps: This is an unusual place to have Scabies.  I would suggest pin worms would be a more likely cause.  Avoid scratching. Wash all sheets and dry on hot. Recheck with your doctor if this does not get better.
