PPP: Pearly penile papules, sometimes called tyson's glands. Can come and go, be more prominent at times than others. They are benign , normal and no need for concern. Most prominent in uncircumcised penises. You can always take and send a picture for our review ; confirmation. It would not be sexting ; would be for medical review and you remain anonymous.

Itchy patch: There are many causes of itchy skin lesions, but while waiting to see a physician, might be helpful to use Lotrimin or Lamisil (terbinafine) cream OTC used for fungal infections like ringworm. Use twice daily for 4-8 weeks as directed on the medication used. Clotrimazole must be used longer. If no effect, please schedule a visit with your physician.

May be fungus infect: Suggest you stop Betamethasone and try otc antifungal cream. Do not continue using Betamethasone in this area. If rash persists see a dermatologist.

Change: If this is a recent change ion status (size, color, surrounding tissues, etc) you should have evaluated.  Seeing a Dermatologist for a visual full body examination of all your pigmented "moles" would be prudent.

Skin rashes: Skin rashes need to be seen to get proper diagnosis and treatment. Based on your brief descriptions, raised bumps on your skin sound like urticaria or hives. If you have it recently, you can try otc antihistamine. Several etiologies may cause acute hives but otc is suffice. If it last longer than 6 weeks, or you have associated shortness of breath/ abdominal pain, you should come see an allergist.

Eczema vs dermatitis: This sounds like inflammation of the skin localized to one spot. Dermatitis is a fancy term for inflammation of the skin. Try treating with either a topical steroid such as Cortaid (hydrocortisone) or an anti-itch lotion such as sarna or sarna for sensitive skin. If this does not resolve it, see your doctor.

Can be anything: Try some Hydrocortisone cream for a few days. If it does not work, see your doctor.  The cause may never be known however although a viral infection or drug reaction needs be ruled out.
