Eczema: Sounds like it may be dishidrotic eczema.  Could be contact dermatitis from some exposure to chemicals or too frequent hand washing or it could be a fungal infection.  I would see your doctor.  In many cases avoidance, lotion/emollients, steroid cream and/or antifungals are needed.  It should be treatable though and can be a very troublesome condition.

i have peeling skin on my fingers and palm, i used vaseline to moisturize but after a few week, my peeling skin is almost heeled but my hand started to feel itchy and i think it is a allergic reaction, am i allergic to vaseline?

Doubt it.: Nail fungus infections are usually constant, not intermittent. I'm guessing the pain & inflammation is mostly around the nail. This is called paronychia; if there is a gap between the nail and surrounding skin, that's what it is, and it's caused by a mixture of bacteria & yeast. A dermatologist can give you a topical antibiotic/antifungal solution, or you may even need an oral medicine.

Itchy feet: Dry and itchy scaly feet is usually caused by a fungus and is most likely athletes foot. You need to purchase an over-the-counter antifungal medication and apply to your feet on a daily basis for proximally 3 to 4 weeks. If your symptoms do not resolve you may need a prescription antifungal cream. See a podiatrist for further evaluation.

Sunburn: If you are using a tanning bed and are getting the symptoms you describe then this is probably a sunburn, plain and simple.  Of course, as a dermatologist, i would recommend against tanning beds.  If you are getting these symptoms then you are basically burning your skin just as if you were being exposed to sunlight.

It can affect eyesight if the eyelid becomes swollen or if the skin flakes off and irritates the eye.
This condition is usually caused by an allergic reaction. Treatment is a topical rx cortisone like Cloderm cream.
