index finger has had a swole/itchy/painful nail bed for +/-6mo. 2mo ago doc gave me bactrium rx,but hasnt cleared up,now my pinky is the same way.help?

Doubt it.: Nail fungus infections are usually constant, not intermittent. I'm guessing the pain & inflammation is mostly around the nail. This is called paronychia; if there is a gap between the nail and surrounding skin, that's what it is, and it's caused by a mixture of bacteria & yeast. A dermatologist can give you a topical antibiotic/antifungal solution, or you may even need an oral medicine.

i thought i had athletes foot. red itchy flaking toe. my skin under my nail bed was very itchy. i looked down and it had popped?? how do i treat this?

Athlete's Foot can cause the findings observed as well as non-fungal infections, allergic reactions, systemic illnesses, and more. i accidentally put acetone nail polish in my eye to take my makeup off instead of makeup remover...it burned & i immediately flushed my eye with water for 10 minutes...it was fine & i went to bed but today it is pink and itchy again & kind of swollen?

This is most likely: a (chemical)  (irritative") CONJUNCTIVITIS.... Use some "cal ming " eye drops eg: VISINE  for "red eye/itchiness" 
and if no improvement in 48 hours see an Opthalmologist  (Eye Doctor) for exam and treatment with more powerful anti-inflammatory medication.

Infection/allergy?: This is a very unusual symptom, in fact i don't think i've ever had a patient with this problem!
i did some research- the most likely cause is a fungal infection under the nail, a common problem that is usually not itchy, but the nail should look thick, distorted or discolored. It might also be a reaction to nail polish. It might also be an allergy to something you are eating. See my comment:.

Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Eczema/fungal: It could be an inflammatory skin condition or a fungal infection of the skin. Either condition can be non itchy. Topical medication can be prescribed
