If reacting to bra..: If skin reacts to a sticky bra's adhesive, or to the material in the bra, she can avoid using that brand of bra. For such an itchy rash, sometimes using a few days of over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream will help the irritated skin get back to normal. A mole in that location would itch too, but should also return to normal. Otherwise, one can get a primary doctor's or dermatologist's exam.
