Psoriasis: Can involve the areas that you mentioned but is usually not itchy or burning but can be. Other skin conditions such as eczema can be itchy and blotchy.

Depends: A bump on the knee cap could represent different conditions, such as bursitis, or a lipoma, or a hematoma, or even an abscess.  Itching could indicate associated inflammation.  See a physician for further evaluation, especially if there is associated redness or significant pain.

is it normal to wake up with a paralyzed arm? i could not feel anything from my shoulder to my finger tips and it literally was limp. i have been suffering with dry mouth, itchy vagina, pain in my knee or knee cap. blood tests negative for diabetes.

Arm paralysis ?

: A deep sleep can cause the normal subconscious body reaction to maintain a position which cuts off circulation and/or nerve compression, resulting in temporary "paralysis".  If this has resolved within an hour or so, it may be related to alcohol, medications or just sleep deprivation over a few days, and is not a concern.  If it continues, get referred to a neurologist.

Tibial tuberosities;: Part of the leg bone (tibia) these are prominences where the patellar tendon {tendon connecting the knee c to the leg bone, to move the leg into extension (ie to straighten it)}.
Sometimes in growing kids they enlarge from too much activity and be painful. They remain enlarged forever then. The condition is called osgood-schlatter disease.

3rd Fl Loose Knees: Do you wear any type of sleeves or braces for your loose knee caps (patella)? Your knees would most likely feel better and less pain with knee supports. These help decrease the chances of  your patellae from tracking incorrectly.  That in turn should help reduce (not 100% guarantee) further degenerative arthritis to your patellae. Some arthritis is prob on back side your patellae b/c of looseness.

my knee caps turn inwards (my knees dont touch though). as a result, my shins are bowed outwards, and my legs are crooked. anything i can do?

Yes: I would not hesitate to be seen where a thorough exam and standing X-rays of your entire lower extremities could give a lot more info.  There are non surgical treatments such as physical therapy and bracing that could potentially help your symptoms, or you would have to decide if it is bad enough to consider surgery.

my knee caps have been clicking for the past 3 weeks and when avoidable they click on their own when walking, i'm a teenager, what's happening?

Patellofemoral Syndr: Pf syndrome is the most common cause of non-traumatic knee pain (and clicking) and is especially common in young females.  It is caused by an imbalance between the knee hinge and the muscles of the thigh, the quadriceps, and often develops after a recent period of increased physical activity like sports.  Fortunately, it's easily and effectively treatable with physical therapy so go get some!
