See doctor: You may try taking antihistamine to see if this helps.  If not, a topical hydrocortisone may be tried. However if the problem persists for &gt; 6 wks or worsens, you need to see your doctor.

Bite?: It sounds like a bit of some sort. Itchiness usually means allergic reaction which can be due to bug bite or other reasons could be dry skin above the bump. Hard to say a lot of times what a small bump is due to, so give it time and it will likely just go away on it's own!

Many possible causes: There are many things that could cause the skin to itch.  Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Cold compresses: To make sure you don't have any fractures of your jaw or any part of your facial bones it will be wise to get an X ray done. Advil and Tylenol (acetaminophen) taken may relieve some of the pain , swelling gradually.

: Neglected dental exams lead to gum infections, abscess formation which can cause "warmth" along the jaw line.  Ask your primary care physician to refer you to a dental surgeon for an exam and treatment.

Separate things: Swollen tonsil with no pain or obstruction requires no therapy as it will eventually shrink on its own. Itchy scalp is not related. Painful jaw may or may not be related to tonsil. A Dr will help you.

i have ear fullness feeling and little swelling gland at jaw  since 20 days and now swelling gland will normal only i have itchy in ear what is cause?

Is it the ear?: Palpate the swelling and open and close your mouth.  If it is the jaw joint you will feel it move when you open and close.  Sometimes the TMJ can give ear symptoms like fullness.  I would have an ENT check it out first to be sure there are no medical problems.  If not, then check with a dentist who conservatively treat TMJ issues to see if that is a possible cause.

Hard to say but: Depends on how long you have had it...Did  it occur in past .... Possibly contact  allergy(? New soap detergent makeup etc)  hives can occur for no obvious reason ., try Allegra (fexofenadine) or zyrtec ( read labels) if no better see your dr. Good luck.

Hard to diagnose: without seeing it. It sounds like a contact reaction to something you were exposed to. Have you used a new soap/detergent/shampoo/other facial product? Are you otherwise sick in any way? If it's a contact rash, the treatment might be an oral antihistamine and a topical steroid cream....but I would still recommend having it checked by your doctor.
