Time to visit doc: You are describing symptoms consistent with many illnesses from diabetes, addisons disease, cushings syndrome, seborrhea, alopecia, etc.  You are to young for any of your symptoms to be taken lightly and all are pointing to metabolic imbalance.  You need to get a complete physical, appropriate labs,and your Doc will be able to begin to address your symptoms and treat you.

Well: Could be several  things inflammation ,rash  infection  and even herpes Zoster. See Dr. for specific diagnosis and treatment

i have an itchy scalp and two small bumps at the bottom of my head on either side. could this be allergy related since it is fall? i have been sweating a lot as well due to increase in exercise. skin on body itches as well.

Sounds more: like an infected scalp and the "lumps" may be enlarged lymph glands which drain the scalp!
A "hands on" exam is indicated and an anti-dandruff
shampoo with a course of oral antibiotics may be indicated!

have mild rosacea, but my face suddenly got very red & irritated. flaking, itchy, burning, raised patches. water, sweating, a fan exacerbates. no new meds, food, soaps. no pcp at moment. any suggestions?

Rosacea: You know what triggers to avoid. For this flare up you could go to a walk in clinic as oral antibiotics and prescription topical gels are usually needed. Otherwise ask your pharmacist to recommend a nonprescription cream or ointment until you can see a dermatologist or GP.

See dermatologist: This does not represent ms, but certainly could be a reaction to your meds, as some ms drugs can be immunosuppressants and create an infection susceptibility.  Have this diagnosed and treated and reassess your current med approach.

A challenging one: This is a tough one to try and respond to with just the limited information. My first thought might be something you are coming into contact with, deodorant, antiperspirant? You list "breast ops" in your past. Perhaps this may be due to lymphedema from those procedures. I would say you should address this with your doctor to start the process.

Maybe: But one must think of an allergic cause, I have never seen anything like this complaint in a patient but there is always a possibility. Please see your family physician.
